Well, there’s news on the X-Men movie front, according to Harry Knowles and company. Looks like for X3, they’ll be adding:
Angel (as a girl … should be interesting)

Gambit (’bout damn time)
Also learned from a friend that Joss Whedon will officially be directing the Wonder Woman movie that has been in production hell for eons. And that it is aiming to be in theaters in 2006. There is yet hope. Wonder Woman is one of my all-time idols. I remember being a kid with those books on tape, where the little bell dings and you turn the page and follow along. I had a Wonder Woman one that I listened to a LOT. I remember the timbre of her voice, and that picture of the invisible plane …. And my Granny made me a costume; she made little wristbands and a headband and stuff to go with my Wonder Woman underoos. It was incredibly hard to change into all of that while spinning in a circle.
Many a bump on the head while trying to change while spinning is what I remember most of my childhood obsession with Wonder Woman, we did share a name!

I love to hear your memories. I loved the TV series of Wonder Woman with Lynda Carter. I hope the new movie is as upbeat as the TV Show. She was so pretty and I loved to watch her change into Wonder Woman. I hope the new one is as pretty as Lynda Carter. She did most of her own stunts too!! xx mom
