About

Miss Piggy is my feminist idol.

I have not yet mastered the art of instant oatmeal when using the office water cooler and a styrofoam cup. I am a terrible eyeballer - it either comes out soupy or sludgy. That sweet spot of oatmealy goodness in between continues to elude me.

Today, we have soupy. Yesterday, I could stand my spoon up in it …

  1. I think I’m the opposite. When all else fails me in life, no matter what I do, instant oatmeal always comes out just perfect. No matter how much water, no matter how much attention (or lack there of), it’s always great. God bless Sam’s Club for supplying me with the giant 48 pack that sits at my desk at work…

  2. What I like to do… I put in too much… on purpose.. if it’s too soupy… bring it back to your desk, stir occasionally until it’s the desired consistency… Perfect every time!

(I just found this post because I’m looking at recipes to make my own instant oatmeal packets. :))
