Last weekend was fun - went to Cayla’s beautiful wedding on Saturday, and then the 4th happened. Steve and I spent the afternoon at Deep Eddy pool before trekking over to Zilker Park to grab a spot to see the fireworks and symphony. We hooked up with Beth and Alex beforehand, who were kind enough to provide munchies and Tecate - yummy picnic dinner. Alas, the rental place at the park closed early and foiled our plans to rent a kayak and play, but we had fun anyway. I even managed to get some photos, although not of the brilliant fireworks … I am too wussy of a photographer to even attempt that.

I unfortunately didn’t get any pics of Cayla and Steven’s wedding, but I did get some from Brad and Kristen’s wedding in Virginia and Alice and Mike’s wedding in Dallas, and I FINALLY posted them. Enjoy.
