Okay, since Steve no longer reads my weblog, I have to share my Big Plan. Steve’s birthday is August 15. So, I have planned a weekend excursion. To the beach. And I got a place with a kitchen, so we can cook dinner (I intend on buying fresh shrimp when I get down there … does anyone know how to prepare shrimp? Please let me know if you do.), and I can make a birthday cake. We’ll be about thirty minutes from Padre, and I want to see the north shore. I think it will be fun! Does it sound okay? I love planning stuff, but I tend to go overboard. Oh well, hopefully I won’t terrify him.
